Are you headed out of town? Out of state? Loading all your belongings into a rented moving truck or POD container by yourself can seem daunting. Turn to the professional movers at ATX Movers for help! You can trust us to load everything safely into the rental truck or container.
This option includes a (2) man crew - experienced movers that have been in the industry for years! We do have additional crew size options available depending on the size of your move and the services you elect.
This option DOES NOT include the moving truck.
Our team would arrive equipped with stretch wrap, dollies, and a tool kit to assist with the labor only process.
We provide assistance with disassembly of furniture.
It is strongly recommended that you rent or purchase moving blankets so that our team can properly prep your furniture for transit to your destination. During the drive or transport of your POD container there will be movement that affects your belongings. The proper padding is necessary to prevent rubbing and damage to your furniture.
If you are loading into a truck, POD, container, or self-storage, we are only responsible for damage caused while loading, transporting, or unloading. Our responsibility ends when the loading is complete. We will move items into any truck, POD, container, or self-storage unit of your choice; however items will be stacked in the available space and we have no control over people coming into or out that space after that time. For this reason, our insurance coverage stops as soon as we load the contents into the truck, POD, container, or self-storage. Days, weeks or months later, if damage is claimed or if items are claimed as lost or misplaced, there will be no coverage. Labor only services are 100% at the customers own risk.
Appliances such as a refrigerator, washer, dryer, freezer, dishwasher, or stove can be relocated by ATX Movers while moving your property however, the teams are unable to assist with the disconnect and reconnect of these large household appliances to power or water sources.
IMPORTANT!! The teams do not claim to have the skill and expertise held by a professional installer to handle these functions.
Extra heavy items such as a Piano, Safe, or Pool Table typically require additional equipment or manpower to be moved safely. Therefore, there is normally an additional fee associated with these items. Please make sure to let us know prior to move day to avoid an unexpected delay or expense!
Customer packs their own personal belongings into boxes prior to move day.

You will receive a call from the team assigned to assist with your move as they head your direction within the designated time slot.
Upon arrival, the team will perform a walk through to confirm the scope of work, prior to beginning the move process.
Once the paperwork has been executed, the team would begin the process of prepping your applicable furniture items utilizing customer provided moving blankets (if applicable) and stretch wrap, disassembly of furniture if needed, and then will load all personal belongings into the rental truck or container.
